Mind that I am unable to focus on my work. All my issues come flooding to me.
I start thinking of how to resolve each one and lose focus on what I am doing at work. I believe I really need to do something about it. The conversation made me realize that this has become a fairly common phenomenon.
There are so many distractions that it's become straightforward to succumb To madness and drop focus on your work and goals.
You're supposed to do and steer away from where you are supposed to be, mentally.
Like my friend, if you are looking for ways to improve your focus, here are A few tips which may help.
Create milestones
Break your goal to focus on organizational and smaller goals, like staying Focused on and completing one activity in a set period. This is because when your goals are measurable and finite, your achievement becomes measurable.
Positive reinforcement
Positive Rewarding and reinforcement is a proven technique to motivate people to perform better. You're no exclusion to that principle.
Organize Yourself
Those problems closed out by organizing your activities. Please create a list of all the things to do, distinguish them from the routine/recurring things vs. one time/random things.
For instance. Paying your electricity bill is a thing when signing Your child up for an extra-curricular action is a rare thing. Against each item, write down the time or deadline for doing this and when you will do it.
When you know what actions you are currently working on, and when you are working On them, you won't have to worry about them. Meditation
Meditation has benefits. Recommend that you practice meditation and they are absolutely right. Meditation
